You'll need to submit your child's most recent report card and end-of-grade test scores along with this application. You may upload this information at the bottom of the application, or send it to us by email. Until we receive this information, we will not be able to evaluate your child for admission to our program.

We accept new applications year-round. Newly-admitted students may start ongoing Academic Year classes as soon as they are admitted; they need not wait until the following school year to start taking classes.

If you are applying for admission to the Academic Year courses, please provide recent report cards, including teacher comments if possible. Also, please include any standarized test results if available, such as EOG, EOC, Iowa ITBS, Iowa CogAT, ACT, WISC, MAP, PSAT, SAT, SSAT, ISEE, Explore, Woodcock-Johnson, etc.
